Welcome to the MiaoUPG website. Our primary purpose is to educate the body of Christ throughout the world about the Miao/Hmong and mobilize them to pray for the salvation of this unreached people group of 9 million, most of whom live in China.

Who are the Miao?

bulletAnimists (believe in spirits)
bulletMore than 8 million lost without Christ
bulletTrapped by persecuting governments
bulletIsolated by high mountains
bulletOnly 3 of 80 Miao languages have scriptures
bulletPoor, oppressed
bulletDespised by those unlike them
bulletFriendly and hospitable
bulletLovers of music, dance, and art
bulletIn need of someone to tell them the Good News
